Visualising your desire
Visualising is not as hard as you may think. If you can daydream then you can visualise. When you daydream, you usually find that your mind wanders and you can quite vividly see in your mind's eye, those things which you desire to happen or remember things that have happened. Usually the things you daydream about that have either happened or could happen are things you desire and want to happen and when you do, you usually feel happy. That is exactly what visualising for the law of attraction is all about.
You need to clear your mind of all clutter, all of those general thoughts like, 'I must pay the gas bill this week' or 'I wonder what the bank manager will have to say on my visit'. Those are worries and are not conducive to attracting what you want.
You can try meditating to relax and clear your mind or at least sit in a relaxing place and close your eyes and breathe deeply. Concentrate on your breaths both inhalations and exhalations. Try timing them, breath in to the count of 6, hold for 2 and breathe out again to the count of 6. Do this for a few minutes. You will eventually find that you are concentrating only your breathing and all other thoughts have gone.
Once you are relaxed think of the thing you desire, imagine it in your mind, try and see it, feel it, smell it and most importantly of all, imagine how happy it makes you feel. You are daydreaming or visualising that you have this thing in your life and it makes you feel good. Those feel-good feelings are the positive energies that will help manifest your desire.
Do this as often as you can, daily if you can, even if only for 10 minutes.
